I suffered a problem with my desktop PC at work. Our in house IT department informed me that the hard drive had been damaged and all my data had been lost. They told me it was not possible to recover any of the files that were on there.
We have previously used the services of Fox Technologies for some other IT work at our site. We contacted them to see if there was anything that could be done to recover the data from the hard drive. Much to our suprise, having been informed by our IT department that the data was lost, Jon was able to recover the files from the hard drive. We were very grateful for this as there was over six years worth of information on the PC.
We have now asked Fox Technologies to assist us with a Back-up system to ensure that this kind of problem does not occur again.
